Greymaker — Fabrication services
Physical fabrication for components the catalogue doesn't offer. 3D printing, CNC machining, and custom builds — designed to your specification, built to your tolerance.
Our approach
We are a Québec-based fabrication shop combining 3D printing, CNC machining, and custom woodworking. When you need a component, enclosure, bracket, or prototype that doesn't exist in any catalogue, we build it to your tolerance — no minimum order, no compromise on quality.
Short runs welcome. Tight tolerances standard.
Prototype to production
From first concept to a functional part in days, not weeks. We iterate fast so you can validate before committing to a full run.
Material expertise
FDM, resin, aluminum, hardwood, composites — we'll recommend the right material for the application, not the most convenient one.
Short-run friendly
No minimum order. One-off prototypes or a batch of 50 — the same quality standard applies either way.
Tight tolerances
Every machined component meets the spec. If it doesn't, we remake it. No exceptions, no workarounds.

How it works
Send the brief
Share your design files (STEP, STL, DXF, PDF, sketch) or describe what you need. No file? We can design from scratch.
Review & quote
We review tolerances, material fit, and manufacturing approach. You receive a flat quote — no surprise overages.
Fabricate
Production begins with lead times quoted upfront. You receive progress updates for longer runs.
Deliver & iterate
Parts are inspected before shipping. If anything falls short of spec, we fix it before the invoice.
